Manx Law provides legal information and research assistance. It does not provide legal advice, create an advocate-client relationship, or replace professional legal advice.
2. No guarantee of completeness
Although Manx Law is designed to prioritise authoritative Isle of Man sources, legal materials may change, be unavailable, incomplete or open to interpretation. Users should verify important information against the relevant official source.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for decisions you make based on information obtained through Manx Law. For matters affecting legal rights, obligations, deadlines, proceedings or significant financial interests, obtain appropriate professional advice.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that is unlawful or harmful.
5. Availability
The service may be changed, suspended or unavailable from time to time. Clinton Tech Services does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Manx Law may link to or rely on third-party and official public sources. Clinton Tech Services does not control those external services and is not responsible for their availability or content.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clinton Tech Services is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on information generated by Manx Law where that information should reasonably have been independently verified or professionally reviewed.
