Who operates Manx Law

Manx Law is operated by Clinton Tech Services.

Information processed

Manx Law may process the text of requests submitted to the service and the information necessary to generate a response. Standard technical server logs may also be created by the hosting infrastructure, such as request timestamps, IP addresses, user-agent information and error information.

How information is used

Accounts and payments

Manx Law does not require users to purchase anything through the service. The public Manx Law service is free to use.

Third-party and official sources

Manx Law may retrieve information from official or public Isle of Man sources. Those external websites and services have their own privacy practices.

Retention

Operational and security logs, where generated, are retained only for as long as reasonably required for service operation, troubleshooting and security. This page should be updated with any more specific retention period adopted by Clinton Tech Services.

Sharing

Clinton Tech Services does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers where necessary to operate Manx Law, or disclosed where required by law.
